3 3/4" 5/6 3.4 Stage
The 3 3⁄4” 5-6 Lobe Motor is a heavy duty, small-medium drilling motor. However, the actual OD of the bearing pack on this motor is 4” – 4 1⁄4”. Adtech designed the same OD on the stator tube. Normally the stator tube would have wall thickness of 1⁄4”. The stator tube is 4” OD and the walls are a beefy 1⁄2” thick. This means stronger threads and less breakage of the motor. The 3 3⁄4” 5-6 lobe design is a medium range speed with medium torque. This motor is used for light to medium hard rock. For harder rock formations, see the 3 3⁄4” 9-10 Drilling Motor.
Stator and Rotor sizes are subject to change at the discretion of Adtech. Power section specifications may vary due to environmental conditions. Operation of power section above the maximum recommended differential pressure will result in a decrease of stator life and performance.
